Account Related
To place an order, you’ll need an account with us. Simply click on the “Login/Sign Up” button at the top right corner of our website, then select “Sign Up.” Fill in the required details, and you’ll receive a verification email to confirm your account.
Log in to your account, navigate to My Account > My Profile and update your contact details as needed. Remember to save your changes.
In your account dashboard, select My Account > Change Password then enter your current password, then set and confirm your new password.
Yes, you can deactivate your account by going to “My Account” and selecting “Deactivate Account.” Please note that this will delete all saved designs. To reactivate your account in the future, please contact our customer support team.
Order Process
Production times vary depending on the product and order size. Standard orders typically take 4-5 business days, while custom orders with special requirements may take longer.

Please note that the shipping timeframes listed for your order are separate from the production timeline. To get a more accurate delivery estimate, please add both the production time and shipping/delivery time together. Production times are calculated in business days.
Your production timeline begins once your order has been approved, paid for, and processed. Any delays due to file and artwork issues or payment processing may impact your order timeline.

Yes! Digital printing allows us to offer low minimum order quantities (MOQs).
There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.
- Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
- Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.
- Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.
- Hire a Designer:Our creative design team offers highly skilled artists who can develop custom artwork tailored to your specific needs.
The type of paper used for difference purposes is expressed in weight. We use the European system, it is grammes per square metre (gsm or g/m2 or simply g).
The paper used for writing/printing (letterheads and such stationery) is generally between 60 to 120 gsm (20 to 70 lb) and is called paper or text stock. Anything heavier than this is considered the card stock 250 or 350 gsm, i.e. the paper used for business cards, postcards, greeting cards, etc.

Augmented Reality (AR) prints integrate digital experiences with traditional print. By scanning the print material with a smartphone or tablet, users can view videos, animations, or interactive elements, enhancing engagement and information delivery.
A print-ready file is a digital file that meets all technical specifications required for high-quality printing. It ensures that your design will print exactly as expected without issues like pixelation, color shifts, or missing elements.
What file formats are considered print-ready?
We accept the following file formats:
✔ PDF (Portable Document Format) – Preferred for best quality.
✔ TIFF (Tagged Image File Format) – High-resolution format ideal for printing.
✔ EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) – Best for logos and vector graphics.
✔ PNG or JPEG (High Resolution Only) – Acceptable but not ideal for large prints.
✔ AI (Adobe Illustrator) or PSD (Photoshop) – Must be flattened and saved as a PDF before submission.

- Pixelation: A blurry or jagged appearance caused by low-resolution images.
- Color shift: A change in color that occurs if the file is not prepared correctly for printing.
- Vector graphics: Graphics made of lines and shapes that can be resized without losing quality.
- Flattened file: A file where all layers are combined into a single image to prevent printing errors.
Our system supports RGB (red, green, blue) for producing digital prints.
We have accurately mapped color pallet to match RGB to CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) to ensure proper 4-color printing.
